CLEAR FROM THE START

What is—and isn’t—included.

Can I book only an interior or exterior clean?

Yes. Interior and exterior services can be discussed separately or together. Tell us the vehicle size and condition so the right amount of work can be quoted.

Do you remove black streaks and stubborn marks?

These can often be treated as part of exterior care, but the result depends on the surface, age and condition. We use an approach suitable for the material and avoid promising removal before inspection.

Can you reseal a leaking area?

We can inspect and quote for suitable light resealing around accessible windows, doors, rooflights and exterior joints. If there is significant damp, structural damage or a large failed area, specialist repair may be required.

What light repairs can you do?

Examples include loose trim, minor catches, handles, hinges and small fittings. Send photographs first. Major replacements, structural work and complete interior refurbishment are not currently offered.

Do you repair engines, gas, electrics or appliances?

No. Mechanical repairs, gas work, electrical fault-finding, appliance repairs, habitation checks and major bodywork are outside the current detailing service.

How should I prepare the camper?

Remove valuables, food and personal belongings from any area to be cleaned or repaired. Please point out known leaks, fragile surfaces, previous repairs and anything that should not be treated.

Tell us what needs attention.

Email the vehicle or trailer type, approximate size, location, a short description and clear photographs of the areas you’d like us to inspect. We’ll discuss the work and provide a quote.
